A Personal Collection of Claude Code Skills
A working repository of reusable Claude Code skills, packaged so common workflows become named, repeatable commands.
This is a short one, and the source is thin, so I will not dress it up. skillz is my collection of Claude Code skills. It is the place where the workflows I run often enough to name end up living.
Why keep skills in one repo
A skill in Claude Code is a packaged set of instructions for a particular kind of task: a deploy sequence, a review checklist, a repo-specific workflow. The value is not any single skill, it is having them in one place with stable names, so a workflow you worked out once becomes a command you can invoke instead of re-explaining every time.
The moment you have more than a handful of these, they stop being scraps of prompt scattered across sessions and start being a small toolkit. Collecting them into one repository is what makes that toolkit portable and versioned. You can carry it between machines, track how a skill changed over time, and trust that the thing you tuned last month still runs the way you left it.
The takeaway
The honest lesson here is about compounding. Every time you solve a repeatable task inside a model session and then throw the solution away, you pay for it again next time. Capturing it as a named skill, and keeping the skills together, turns one-off cleverness into durable leverage. Small habit, real payoff.
